DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are calculated by our shipping couriers. Shipping and taxes may vary depending on the location, weight, and value of the package. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer once the package arrives.

On some occasions, duties and taxes can be prepaid on the courier’s website. Once your tracking information is available, you will be able to check the fees and payment options.

Please note: Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

During busy periods such as holidays, sales, or promotional events, there may be delays in dispatching your order.

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address, as a signature may be required upon delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but please note that we rely on the carrier’s estimated dates. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery may take longer than expected.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed.

Since we work quickly to dispatch your order, the timeframe for cancellations or changes is extremely limited.

All sales are final.
